Our coaching staff features elite professionals from the Premier Lacrosse League and collegiate players dedicated to developing every athlete through high-level instruction, personalized feedback, and a commitment to helping players reach their full potential on and off the field.
PURPOSE DRIVEN PRACTICE
Coach Connor Kelly creates a college- and professional-level environment where practices are designed to maximize player development through high-tempo, structured sessions focused on skill development, game IQ, teamwork, and competition. Every session is intentional, challenging, and designed to help athletes improve.

TOURNAMENTS
Each team will participate in local and/or state tournaments, giving athletes the opportunity to compete against top competition, gain valuable game experience, and showcase their development and skills for potential college exposure.
INVESTMENT
Fall: 20+ practices and 3 tournaments
Spring: 10+ practices and 2 tournaments
Each season registration includes elite coaching, structured player development, competitive tournaments, a jersey and uniform, and the full Miami Reign experience.
